Affiliate program terms

These terms form the agreement between you and eFit Software LLC ("we"), the maker of the MotionCred Activity Fitness Tracker, for the MotionCred affiliate program. You accept them when you apply.

1. Joining

• You are 18 or older, live in the United States and have a US taxpayer identification number.
• We review every application by hand and may approve or decline it at our discretion.
• You keep one account. Your link code and promo code belong to that account.

2. What you earn

• Commission: 12% of the item price the buyer paid for each MotionCred tracker credited to you, after any promotional discount and before tax, shipping and gift wrap.
• Pro rate: once 50 credited sales stand on your account, every later sale earns 15%.
• Buyer discount: your Amazon promo code gives buyers 10% off. We create and fund the code.
• Educator track: an instructor who teaches an eFit course receives a class code that gives their own students 10% off and pays the instructor nothing, plus a regular code for sales outside their courses. Instructors use the class code with their students.
• Bonuses: we may announce bonuses, such as $25 for 10 credited sales ordered by December 19, 2026. A bonus appears on your dashboard as an adjustment.

3. How a sale is credited

• A sale is credited to you when the Amazon order carries your promo code, or when Amazon Attribution reports the purchase under your Attribution tag.
• Your link (https://motioncred.com/r/yourcode) remembers you on motioncred.com for 30 days and sends Buy clicks to Amazon with your tag. Amazon Attribution credits purchases made within 14 days of that click.
• Each sale credits one affiliate. When two claims meet, the promo code on the order decides.
• We credit sales from Amazon's reports, usually every Monday. Amazon's reports are the record of every sale.
• Purchases by you, your household or your own business earn no commission.

4. Holds, returns and cancellations

• Commission becomes payable 45 days after the order date. Orders placed November 1 through December 31 become payable on February 15, after Amazon's holiday return window closes on January 31.
• A cancelled or returned order reverses its commission. A return found after payout comes off your next payout.

5. Payouts and taxes

• We pay by PayPal on the 15th of each month, for payable commission of $25.00 or more. Smaller balances carry forward.
• Before your first payout, add your PayPal email address and upload a signed IRS Form W-9 on your account page. We store it encrypted and use it only for tax reporting.
• We file Form 1099-NEC when IRS rules require it, which for 2026 means payments of $2,000 or more in the year. You are responsible for your own taxes.

6. How you share MotionCred

• Disclose: mark every post, video, email or message that carries your link or code with "#ad" or "I earn a commission from MotionCred", placed before the link, as the FTC's Endorsement Guides require.
• Describe it accurately: use the facts on motioncred.com. Heart rate, sleep and blood oxygen readings are general wellness estimates. Make no medical or weight-loss claims.
• Paid ads: run paid search or social ads only with our written approval, and leave the words MotionCred and eFit to us in search ads.
• Codes stay with your audience: share your code on your own channels and keep it off coupon, deal and cash-back sites.
• Amazon reviews: leave reviews to buyers. Offer nothing in exchange for a review, and post no links or codes in Amazon reviews or questions.
• Children: address adults, parents and schools. Wearers under 13 use MotionCred with permission from a parent or their school. Follow each school's own rules when you work with a school.
• Respect inboxes: send email and texts only to people who asked to hear from you, and honor every unsubscribe.
• Brand: use the MotionCred name, images and kit as provided. Present yourself as an independent affiliate.

7. Ending and changes

• Either side may end the agreement at any time by email. We pay approved commission earned under these terms, unless the account broke them.
• We may pause an account, withhold commission and reverse sales tied to fraud, self-purchases or broken rules.
• We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continuing in the program after that date accepts the new terms.

8. The fine print

• You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment or agency.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the commission owed under these terms.
• Texas law governs these terms.
